The proof is at their tables.

I had an amazing experience with Christina!

Her expertise and personalized approach transformed my relationship with food. She took the time to understand my goals, lifestyle, and preferences, crafting a practical and sustainable plan that worked perfectly for me.

Her guidance was clear, evidence-based, and delivered with genuine care, making every session encouraging and motivating. I’ve seen incredible results, from increased energy to improved lab work. I highly recommend Christina’s services to anyone looking to make positive, lasting changes—truly deserving of 5 stars!
Laura Long, CRNADiet Lifestyle Modification
Christina has an amazing energy. She continues to support me through a major dietary change by providing nutrition education and a variety of menu options. But what I wasn’t expecting was the compassion and emotional support that Christina provides. She has helped me work through my psychological connection with food, an experience which has been most impactful.

I had the pleasure of working with Christina van der Linden with Clean Eating Nutrition. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Christina was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in my progress. What stood out most was how clearly she explained things and how she tailored her recommendations to my specific needs and lifestyle.

I never felt judged—just supported and guided with practical, realistic strategies. Over the course of our sessions, I learned a lot about nutrition in a way that actually made sense for me, and I felt more confident in my choices.

If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise with care, Christina, who is the real deal - extremely competent, knowledgeable and compassionate.

How I work

Five principles, no fine print.

01

The whole table

A plan only works if it fits your home and the people you share meals with.

02

Food is medicine

Daily, not drastic. Small choices that compound.

03

No crash diets

No shame either. If a plan needs guilt to work, it does not work.

04

I listen first

Your history and habits come before any plan, every time.

05

Keepable changes

One realistic thing at a time.

Beyond the letters

The short version of a long story.

I trained in both clinical nutrition and public health. One taught me how food affects conditions like celiac disease, IBS and diabetes. The other taught me how people actually eat at home.

With more than 20 years of experience in clinical research, a passion for food and graduate-level training in nutrition and public health, I believe better health and lasting change happen one meal at a time, one choice at a time.
